You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or related infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the website.

Our Services

Zolvex develops custom technology solutions based on the requirements of each project.

Project scope, functionality, timelines, pricing, deliverables, integrations, support, deployment, maintenance, and other commercial terms will be agreed separately with the client.

Information on this website should not be interpreted as a promise that a particular feature, integration, technology, or service will be available for every project.

AI-Generated Results

Our systems may use artificial intelligence and third-party AI models or services.

AI-generated outputs can occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or incorrect. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, AI-generated results should be reviewed by an appropriate person before being used for important decisions or actions.

Zolvex does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Where a system involves human review or approval, the client remains responsible for decisions made using the system unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Services

Our systems may depend on third-party services, APIs, platforms, hosting providers, AI models, payment providers, communication services, or other external technologies.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and limitations.

Zolvex is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, security incidents, discontinued services, rate limits, or other issues caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate access, required credentials, relevant documentation, and timely feedback necessary to complete a project.

Clients are also responsible for ensuring that the data, documents, content, and instructions they provide to Zolvex may legally be used for the intended purpose.

Where a system is deployed into a client’s business, the client is responsible for using the system in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Data & Confidential Information

We may receive business information, documents, credentials, customer information, or other confidential material while working on a project.

Zolvex will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information and will use it only for purposes related to the agreed services, subject to the terms of the applicable project agreement.

Specific data handling, security, confidentiality, retention, and processing requirements may be addressed in a separate agreement where appropriate.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information submitted through this website is handled.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Zolvex retains ownership of its pre-existing technology, frameworks, libraries, reusable components, internal tools, methodologies, and know-how.

Ownership of custom software, designs, documentation, configurations, data, and other project deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement.

Using Zolvex’s services does not automatically transfer ownership of Zolvex’s underlying technology or reusable components.

Payments & Project Terms

Project pricing, payment schedules, milestones, refunds, cancellation terms, maintenance, hosting, and ongoing support will be defined in the applicable proposal, statement of work, contract, or other written agreement.

If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these website Terms & Conditions, the project-specific agreement will govern that engagement.

Timelines & Availability

Project timelines are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Delays caused by changes in requirements, delayed feedback, unavailable third-party services, missing information, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside Zolvex’s reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this website or any third-party service.
