— About

We turn repetitive work into systems that run themselves.

Zolvex designs, builds, and deploys AI-powered automation systems for businesses that have outgrown doing things manually.

From reading 60+ pages of insurance claims to understanding thousands of technical manuals, finding the right service provider, researching sales leads, or running an entire online store — we build systems that take work people shouldn’t have to do and make it happen automatically.

Six systems built. Multiple industries. One goal: less manual work, more output.

01 / What we believe

If a person has to keep doing the same work, there’s probably a better system for it.

Businesses lose countless hours to work that is repetitive, predictable, and expensive to do manually.

We don’t believe the answer is simply adding another tool to the stack.

  • Reading documents
  • Entering data
  • Searching for information
  • Following up with leads
  • Comparing options
  • Managing routine workflows

We build the system that takes the work off their plate.

02 / How we work

From messy workflow to working system.

We don’t start with a technology stack.

We start with the problem.

  1. Discover

We understand how the work actually happens today — what comes in, what people do, where decisions happen, and where time gets lost.

  2. Design

We map the workflow and define what the system should handle, what it should automate, and where humans should stay in the loop.

  3. Build

We build the complete system: AI agents, document intelligence, integrations, interfaces, databases, and the automation connecting everything together.

  4. Test

Real inputs. Real edge cases. Real workflows. We test the system against the situations that matter before putting it in front of the people who depend on it.

  5. Deploy

The system goes where the work already happens — inside existing tools, alongside existing teams, or as a dedicated application.

  6. Evolve

Some systems are handed over. Some are operated with us. Some continue to evolve together.

The ownership and operating model is defined around the project — not forced into a template.

03 / What we don’t compromise on

Build something useful. Then make it real.

  • Working systems, not AI demosWe don’t stop at a chatbot or proof of concept. The goal is software that performs real work.
  • Automate the workflow, not just one stepA useful AI feature is good. A system that takes an entire process from input to outcome is better. We look at the whole workflow.
  • Humans where judgment mattersAutomation doesn’t mean removing people from every decision. Routine work should disappear. Important decisions should still have the right human oversight.
  • Built around your stackWe don’t ask businesses to throw away the tools they already depend on. We integrate wherever possible and replace only when it makes sense.
  • No magic black boxYou should understand what the system is doing, what information it is using, and when it needs human input. AI should make work simpler — not make the process mysterious.
  • Built for the way you operateEvery business has different workflows, rules, data, and constraints. We build around those realities rather than forcing every problem into the same product.

04 / In production

Six systems. Already doing real work.

These aren’t concepts sitting in a pitch deck. They’re working systems built around real business problems.

  • 60+Pages processed in a single insurance claimAn AI system reads lengthy claims, extracts information from printed and handwritten documents, validates the data, and flags cases that need human review.
  • 10,000+Technical manuals available to one troubleshooting assistantAn AI assistant can identify equipment from an image, understand the problem, and find relevant guidance across a massive technical knowledge base.
  • 6AI systems built and runningAcross insurance, industrial operations, sales, commerce, marketplaces, and small-business automation.
  • MultipleWays AI can enter a businessFrom a WhatsApp conversation to a full operational platform, we build around where the work actually happens.

06 / How we think about ownership

Your business. Your workflow. The right setup for both sides.

Not every automation project needs the same commercial model. Depending on the engagement, a system may be owned by the client, operated by Zolvex, or built under a shared long-term arrangement.

The important part isn’t who owns the server. It’s that the system works for the business.

We agree on deployment, access, ownership, maintenance, and ongoing development based on what makes sense for each project.

Open for work

Tell us what’s still manual.

If your team is spending hours doing something that could be handled by a system, we’d like to see it.

Tell us what happens today — we’ll figure out what can be automated, what shouldn’t be, and what it would take to build it.
